The apartment is for 4 persons and is located at the ground floor, on the back side of the house and it is faced on the pool. It is composed by a spacious kitchen with cooking-corner together with a living room. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower. The wrought iron bed, exposed wooden beams and rustic furniture give this apartment a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Confortevole appartamento per 4 – 5 persone, situato al piano terra. E’ composto da un’ampia cucina con soggiorno e caminetto, con divano letto matrimoniale (con 1 posto letto extra). Una cameretta con 2 letti singoli e una spaziosa camera matrimoniale. Bagno con doccia. I letti in ferro battuto, i travi a vista e alcuni pezzi di mobilio antichi, donano all’appartamento un’atmosfera familiare. In the living room we have a sofa with an extra bed (1 single extra-bed). There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other, really spacious, with a double bed. L’appartamento è situato al primo piano e può accogliere 4 persone. E’ composto da una cucina con angolo cottura e soggiorno; una cameretta con 2 letti singoli e una camera matrimoniale davvero spaziosa; bagno con doccia. Nel terrazzo – che noi chiamiamo “Loggia”, da qui il nome dell’appartamento Loggetta – un piccolo tavolo con ombrellone per la colazione o per rilassarsi.
